NC-AHEC Organizational Description:
The North Coast Clinics Network (NCCN) is a consortium of community
health centers (CHC) working to improve access to high quality
medical, mental and dental health care for all people, regardless of
their ability to pay, through information sharing, community
education, shared administrative activities and direct services
projects. Our service area extends three counties across Northern
California-Humboldt, Del Norte, and Trinity Counties. Each year NCCN
member clinics, together, provide over 190,000 patient visits to
nearly 56,000 people - 1/3 of the region's population. NCCN supports
the and recruitment and retention of sufficient health care
providers and staff to underserved communities on the North Coast by
posting job vacancies, creating
promotional videos, funding health
care professional education, applying for
Health Professional
Shortage Area designations, and posing
National Health Service Corp
positions. For a list of NCCN’s member clinics, current
programs and job listings visit
