MEDICAL BILLER
1 F/T Arcata
This position requires a highly productive, organized, multi-tasker with excellent customer service and strong computer skills. Knowledge of CPT, ICD-9, HCPCS Coding, follow-up and collection processes desired. Completion of Healthcare Billing Training or 1 year Billing experience required.

MEDICAL ASSISTANT
1 F/T Arcata
Assists in examination and treatment of patients under direction of Physician or medical provider. CPR certification and 2 or more years’ experience.

REGISTERED NURSE
1 F/T Willow Creek
Nurse provides general nursing care to patients in the clinic. Current California RN license, strong computer skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are required.

REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT
1 P/T Willow Creek, 1 P/T Crescent City
Provides chair-side support, prepares patients for procedures by dentist. Takes, develops and mounts X-rays. Accurately files patient dental information into charts. Dental Assisting Degree or 2 or more years of dental assisting exp and current California RDA registration is required.

MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST
1 F/T Eureka (Peds), 1 F/T Crescent City
The Receptionist, under the supervision of the Front Desk Supervisor, greets and facilitates patient requests and appointments in person and on the telephone. Requires high school diploma or GED, plus three or more months of medical or dental office experience.

DIRECTOR OF NURSING
1 F/T Arcata
Plan, develop, coordinate and present clinical education programs and implement workflows that support Open Door’s mission and certification as a Patient Centered Medical Home. Requires current California RN license, two years experience in ambulatory care, hospital experience or community clinic experience (preferred). Three or more years in a supervisory role, strong computer and excellent communication skills required.

STHS is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for 32 hours per week (.80 FTE) at Salary Level 11 ($32.36 to $46.93/hour) at the Mad River clinic site. Position reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for management of all fiscal departments, budget development/maintenance, grant management and fiscal reporting, yearly audit and preparation of monthly financial statements for the Board of Directors.
