Site Administrator (1 F/T Arcata)
This integral position administers, directs, and plans clinic activities which include: management duties of clinic staff, provider and patient relations, community partnering, overseeing administrative/financial operations, and clinic quality improvement initiatives. This position requires strong leadership and change management skills. BA in health related field or business. A minimum of three years administrator experience is required, preferably in health care setting

Receptionist/Interpreter (2 F/T Arcata)
This position provides accurate health care information for patients and family members who are not English speaking; assists patients with Medical forms, and office visits as needed. Requires both understanding and ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish; one or more years experience translating in a health center setting; Medical Assistant and/or medical receptionist experience is preferred, computer skills required.

Receptionist (1 F/T Willow Creek—Medical/Dental, 1 F/T Arcata)
The Receptionist, under the supervision of the Front Desk Supervisor, greets and facilitates patient requests and appointments in person and on the telephone. Requires high school diploma or GED and three or more months of related experience or training.

Registered Nurse (1 P/T Willow Creek) Handle direct patient care, triaging, and medical case management. This position requires a skilled nurse who is comfortable in a busy clinic setting and possesses strong team and communication skills. California license and computer competency required.

Medical Assistant (5 F/T Arcata, 1 F/T McKinleyville) Assists in examination and treatment of patients under direction of Physician. Must have six months related experience and injection certification. Completion of accredited Medical Assistant training program preferred, but will consider training an exceptional candidate with no MA experience.

Registered Dental Assistant (1 Relief Willow Creek)
Prepares patients and provides chairside support. Takes, develops and mounts X-rays. Accurately files patient dental information into charts. Dental Assisting Degree or 2 or more years of dental assisting exp and current California RDA registration is required.

Billing Associate

Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), ensure
effective billing systems to optimize revenue from diverse sources, including patient
payments, as well as multiple private and public payors. Duties include claims
processing, reporting, follow-up, monitoring of payments and other Accounts Receivable
(A/R), working claims denials, processing patient statements and carrying out effective
pre-collections and collections processes to ensure payments are received in a timely
way. Play an integral role in the transition from a legacy practice management system
to a new system and support training and meaningful use of the system and associated
reports by all staff.
