STERILIZATION TECHNICIAN
1 F/T BURRE
This position is responsible for maintaining the sterilization of all clinic dental equipment as well as patient rooms. Additional duties include keeping patient rooms stocked and following all OSHA compliance guidelines. Dental clinic experience preferred. Compensation range is $10.11-$14.16/hour

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
1 F/T DEL NORTE
This position requires a responsible, motivated self-starter who can multi-task. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for administrative duties, which require high-level skills in the performance of secretarial support and project administration as requested by management and senior-level staff. Compensation range is $11.34-$16.52/hour.

MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST
1 F/T MCHC
This position greets and facilitates patient requests and schedules appointments in person and over the phone. Requires excellent interpersonal and customer service skills as well as strong administrative abilities. High school diploma or GED and at least 3 months of related experience or training required. Compensation range is $10.11- $14.16 per hour.

MEDICAL ASSISTANT
1 P/T HODC, 1 F/T NCC
Assist with examination and treatment of patients under direction of Physician or medical provider. Must have injection certification, CPR certification and 6 months experience. Compensation range is $10.50-$17.84 an hour

BILLER
2 F/T ADMIN
This position requires a highly productive organized multi-tasker with excellent customer service and strong computer skills. Knowledge of Medical or Dental billing, collection processes, medical terminology, and CPT/ICD/HCPCS/CDT coding desired. Compensation range is $10.14-$13.11 an hour.

REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT
1 F/T BURRE 1 Relief WCCHC
Provides chair-side support, prepares patients for procedures by dentist. Takes, develops and mounts X-rays. Accurately files patient dental information into charts. Dental Assisting Degree or 2 or more years of dental assisting exp and current California RDA registration is required. Compensation range is $12.24 to $17.84 an hour

Billing Associate

Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), ensure
effective billing systems to optimize revenue from diverse sources, including patient
payments, as well as multiple private and public payors. Duties include claims
processing, reporting, follow-up, monitoring of payments and other Accounts Receivable
(A/R), working claims denials, processing patient statements and carrying out effective
pre-collections and collections processes to ensure payments are received in a timely
way. Play an integral role in the transition from a legacy practice management system
to a new system and support training and meaningful use of the system and associated
reports by all staff.
